At MV Technical Services, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality trade services. Our refund policy has been designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both our clients and team.
Cancellations and Deposits
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
For services that require a deposit, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
Work Already Commenced
Once our team has arrived on-site and started work, refunds may not be issued for partial or completed services. We assess these cases individually, depending on the scope of work completed.
Unsatisfactory Work
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 5 business days. We will assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a fix or partial refund based on the circumstances.
Non-refundable Items
Costs related to materials purchased for your job, or third-party subcontractor bookings, are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
